I had a great two days at Calico Christmas Market in Victoria, BC this weekend! Whew, what a lot of set-up and a couple of sleepless nights. Here's a big shout out to the organisers of the market - and what an excellent venue. Folk came out despite the heavy rain that fell most of the weekend.
This was the first outing for Earth to Earth Ceramics so it felt like a bit of a big deal. I tried to pitch my products for the Christmas season - small items, easy gift options. I am so grateful for the positive reception of those who visited my booth and for the wonderful sales I made over the weekend. Thank you dear people! My little Christmas Trees were a hit and I shall be back in the Pottery this week busily making more for my shop update on 1st December. My kiln will be working overtime :) Oh, and I'll also be making some more Stars (hanging Christmas ornaments). I got home tonight, absolutely drenched, and found our dog Daisy a little sulky. Her mama was gone too long, two whole days! Sweet thing. I'm sure she'll be back to her weird bouncy self tomorrow. As for me, my Fitbit already told me half an hour ago... get ready for bed!
